My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The room, overlooking beautiful tropical gardens and a nice swimming pool, was spacious and lovely, although it could benefit from a cosmetic update. The service provided, especially the assistance with booking day trips and transfers, was exceptional. The central location near the main beachfront with cafes and restaurants nearby was fantastic; however, brighter lighting would be a good addition. The dining experience in the room was extraordinary. Overall, a great place to stay with a few areas for improvement.
Waking up surrounded by beautiful rainforest-type trees, feeling immersed in nature, and listening to the sounds of exotic birds made my stay incredibly quiet, private, and relaxing. The rooms were equipped with a Nespresso machine, beach towels, and pool toys, plus top-notch kitchen appliances. The hotel's stunning gardens added to the serene ambiance, creating a perfect retreat for a three-night escape.
